VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and tent coverings if applicable.
• Vendors are responsible for all applicable permits, licenses, and sales tax requirements.
• No open flames or hazardous materials permitted without prior approval.
• Festival organizers reserve the right to approve all products and displays.
• Rotary Club of El Paso is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

INSURANCE INFORMATION

All vendors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance upon request.
